Douglasville and Bremen Location
Joann Duvall, Practice Manager
Joann joined West Georgia Family Dentistry in September of 1998. Joann worked her way up from being a dental assistant to becoming the practice manager of West Georgia Family Dentistry's Douglasville and Bremen locations. She loves all aspects of dentistry and has a passion for helping others. She's proud to be a part of West Georgia Family Dentistry and is always looking for ways to help make a positive impact in the communities that we serve.
After graduating from Haralson County High School, she worked in the textile industry. She went on to graduate from West Georgia Tech and pursued a career in home health care, prior to joining West Georgia Family Dentistry.
Joann has two adult children and six grandchildren. When she is not working, she enjoys time spent with family and friends. She loves to travel and enjoys various outdoor activities. She loves her job and the wonderful relationships that came with it.

Angie Justice, Patient Accounts Manager
Angie has been with our practice for more than 34 years. She started as CDA then moved to Orthodontics and TMD treatment before assuming her current position. Today she enjoys helping patients understand their treatment and payment options to achieve their best smile. She is proud of the long legacy of exceptional dental care our patients have known and she strives to carry on this excellence for future generations.
Angie is a graduate of Douglas County High School, a life-long resident and enjoys working in her hometown. In her spare time, she enjoys the beach, lake and gardening but one look at her office walls and it's evident her children and grandchildren are her greatest joy.

Luanne Hill, Insurance Coordinator
Luanne joined West Georgia Family Dentistry in April 2013 as a full time Patient Care Coordinator. Luanne has worked in the dental field for more than 18 years. She enjoys establishing a meaningful relationship with our patients and is also willing to help in any way possible.
When Luanne is not working, she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and outdoor activities. She and her husband, Stephen enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, especially their grandchildren.

Erin Cross, Patient Care Coordinator
Erin joined West Georgia Family Dentistry in January of 2006 as a full time Patient Care Coordinator. Starting out as a dental assistant, she has over 20 years of experience in the dental field.
Erin is from Georgetown, IL and moved to Georgia in 1998 where she resides with her husband Ron. In her spare time Erin enjoys anything outdoors, attending Atlanta Falcons football games and spending time with her family and of course her pets.

Donna Bagley, Insurance Coordinator
Donna joined West Georgia Family Dentistry January 11, 1999. Donna has more than 20 years in the dental field. Donna started out as a Hygiene Coordinator, in 2002 she became the Insurance Coordinator. She enjoys helping our patients get the most out of their insurance benefits.
Donna has a BS in Early Childhood Education and her Masters in Biblical Studies. She was a primary school teacher from 1977 to 1995, the occupational change was a surprise but one that she finds very satisfying. In her spare time Donna enjoys Bible study, music and singing with her family; she also enjoys crafts and reading. Donna is single and her extended family brings great joy to her life.

Tricia Hill, Patient Care Coordinator
Tricia joined West Georgia Family Dentistry in April of 2023. She has been a patient here since 1994 and is looking forward to getting to know our patients both over the phone and in person.
Tricia grew up in Douglasville and currently lives in Villa Rica with her husband, Brian. They are the parents of two grown children. She was a stay-at-home mom for almost 20 years before returning to the workforce. Tricia loves traveling, baking, gardening, working out, spending time with her family and friends and cheering on the Braves and Falcons
Bremen Location
Kattie Odom, Patient Care Coordinator
Kattie started with West Georgia Family Dentistry in 2024. Kattie began her dental career 13 years ago in oral surgery and general dentistry. She loves getting to know her patients and building long-term relationships. Kattie grew up locally and still resides in Bremen with her husband, Tim and two children. She loves to travel, dine out and spend time outdoors
Bremen Location
Terri Hitchcock, Insurance/Accounts Manager
Terri, our Patient Accounts and Insurance Manager, has over 30 years of dental experience and is
certified in dental radiology and expanded duties. She started working with us in 1997 as a dental
assistant and moved to our Bremen location in September of 2022.
Terri married her high school sweetheart in 1989 and together they have three children and three
grandchildren. When she isn't working, Terri enjoys spending time with her family and doing DIY home
projects. With her years of experience and dedication to her family and community, you can trust that
your dental care is in good hands.

Ashley Darby, Hygiene/Marketing Coordinator
Ashley joined West Georgia Family Dentistry in November of 2023. She has a retail and marketing
background and strives to make each patient interaction as positive as possible!
Ashley grew up in Nashville, TN and moved to the west Georgia area in 1998 when she married her
husband, Alex. They have two grown children. Ashley's favorite thing to do is spend time with her family
and friends, but she can also be found enjoying all things travel related or studying something historical!
